Description - These Twentieth Century Eclectic style apartment buildings are rectangular, two-story, wood frame structures with asphalt shingle roofs. Roof features include boxed eaves, metal gutters and downspouts, and gable ends with wood siding on the gable ends. It has a concrete foundation and brick veneer siding. The main facade is broken into seven bays and contains a centered entrance. The door has pilasters and a broken pediment. The door has nine lights and is wood paneled. Windows are one-light, metal frame sliding and have decorative shutters and screens, as well as decorative brick sills. The stovepipes and vents are located on each side of the roof.

Historical Background - The property at 824-828 was built in 1972 as apartments and have been apartments since then. It is a non-contributing property in the Monroe Avenue Historic District.
