Description - This Twentieth Century Eclectic style apartment building is a rectangular, three story, concrete and steel structure with an asphalt shingle, flat roof. Roof features include wide eave overhangs, boxed eaves, gutter downspouts and small intersecting gables on the east elevation. It has a concrete foundation and brick veneer exterior. The main facade is broken into ten bays and contains two off-center, symmetrical entrances on the north elevation, with broken pediments over the entrances. Windows are two-light, metal frame sliding and have decorative shutters and decorative brick sills.

Historical Background - These apartments were constructed on the site of the home of Greeley residents Orland Morris and Arthur Leslie Morris.
