Description - One-story, rectangular, commercial building with flat roof with brick coping. Front wall composed of brick in variegated shades of orange. Sides and rear composed of painted concrete block. Concrete foundation. Inset central entrance area with beveled corners with decorative brickwork at edges. Two doors in inset area (one flush panel door to west and one metal frame glazed door to east). Large four-part plate glass window openings (with covered up windows) to west and two-part plate glass window to east; windows have brick sills. East wall has large two-part plate glass window with brick sill toward front of building and flush panel door toward rear. West wall has no openings. Rear wall has double flush panel hinged doors.

Historical Background - Elias Couzens built a one-story dwelling on this site in 1913. The present building was constructed in 1961. Greeley city directories indicate that Greeley Plumbing and Heating occupied this building during the 1960s and 1970s. The company had been operating at 722 ½ 9th Street from 1934 until this building was completed. By 1970, 1007 9th Street housed Jack’s Beauty Salon. The current owner, David Morgan, has his law office here.
