Description -
This Late Twentieth Century Commercial style bank is an irregular shaped, one-story, concrete/steel structure with a flat roof. Roof features include an overhanging eave, square metal panels, an extended metal drive through and metal gutters. It has a concrete foundation and brick veneer. The main facade contains an off-centered entrance. The one-story entrance has an extended roof with metal panels and a ribbon of metal frame clerestory windows. Windows are one-light, fixed, and have metal frames.
Historical Background -
Norbel Credit Union was built in 1980, replacing a residence that was built in ca. 1903. It is a non-contributing building in the Greeley Historic Register designated Monroe Avenue Historic District
