Description - This International style bank is a rectangular, one-story, concrete and steel structure with a flat roof. Roof features include wide overhanging, square eaves, with a Key Bank sign on the east elevation. It has a concrete foundation and brick veneer siding. The main facade contains a centered entrance. Windows are one-light fixed and are grouped in pairs on all elevations.

Historical Background - The building was constructed in 1973, according to Assessor records, but not occupied until 1984, when the Bank of Greeley occupied it. The Bank of Greeley occupied the building from 1984 until 1995. Key Bank of Colorado, which currently occupies it, moved in in 1996.
