Description - This Shed style commercial building is an irregular-shaped, one-story, concrete/steel structure with an asphalt shingle, shed roof. Roof features include a parapet on the east and west edges of the roof. It has a concrete foundation and brick veneer exterior. The main facade has a centered entrance with a glass door. A metal door is located on the south end of the west elevation. Windows are one-light fixed and metal frame sliding at the drive through on the south side of the structure, a trapezoid, fixed metal frame window and a window wall, both located on the east elevation. Also, there is a ribbon of windows on the shed roof extension on the north side of the building and a window wall across part of the north elevation. Windows are metal frame and flush with the wall. The drive through on the south elevation has a brick cover cantilevered out from the roof. Associated objects include a brick wall with a sign on the northwest corner of the yard, and a metal bank sign on a brick pedestal on the northeast corner of the lot.

Historical Background - Weld Schools Credit Union occupied the building from 1979 through 1995. In 1996, Independent Bank moved in. Several years later, Vectra Bank occupied the building.
