Description -
This Late Twentieth-Century style apartment building is a rectangular, two-story, wood frame structure with an asphalt shingle, side gable roof. Roof features include intersecting gables with eave returns on gable ends of the main roof and eave returns on the gables over the centered entrance. It has a concrete foundation and wood drop siding and wood shingles. The main facade is broken into five bays and contains a centered entrance with an open stairway. Windows are two light metal frame sliding.
Historical Background -
The apartment building was constructed in 1993-1994, on the site of the Greeley Athletic and Racquet Club, Patricia J’s Women’s Spa, Ryden Enterprised, Inc., Feel Super Natural Products, Spa Funding and Unique Financial Services. It is a non-contributing building in the Monroe Avenue Historic District.
